One afternoon, Andrew, Lizzy,
Nicole and Sophie took three cans of paint and some paint brushes and went
to the end of Lakeside Drive to paint the Rock.
The Rock was all blue and lime-green when they arrived, and the first part of their task was to cover up the old paint. The four Maxman kids painted and painted, never tiring, until the Rock was completely covered with new paint. Gray and green, they completely camouflaged that Rock.
When they were through, they decided to dedicate their hard work to the two most wonderful women they know:
